A year ago, this newsletter landed in your inbox for the very first time—and I’m both grateful and blown away at how far we’ve come together. 

Over the last 12 months, our community has grown to almost 200,000 readers, and we’ve published over 50 editions on the health topics that matter most to women’s everyday lives. 

And we’re just getting started.
